MISSION/VISION STATEMENT

To provide direction on the proper uniform codes, ceremonial forms of courtesies, protocol precedence and the rules of decorum and propriety as established and accepted by the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. To inform, educate and assist brothers of the Fifth District in the proper execution of Protocol.
